Registration fee include

• Standards Registration Fees:
  Congress material, Admission to all sessions, exhibition and posters, Coffee break, Welcome reception, Attendance certificate.

• Accompaning persons Registration Fees:
  Coffee breaks, Welcome reception, Access to exhibition and posters.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat:
• Cancellations received before 1st August: will be refunded less an administrative charge of 50€.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 2nd August or No-Show.

Bank Transfer

All payments must be identified with the congress name and participant name. Complete this form in PDF format  and with a copy of the bank transfer must be submitted to the Congress secretariat:
